Telehealth service for remote rehabilitation
Physiotools Remote is a telehealth service that allows you to simultaneously deliver, monitor and supervise your clients’ rehabilitation using familiar Physiotools exercise videos. With Physiotools Remote, you can replace a face-to-face meeting with a highly structured, interactive video meeting.
- Deliver Physiotools exercise videos through any video conferencing software such as Teams, Skype for Business/Lync, Zoom etc.
- Conveniently control play back of Physiotools videos.
- Closely monitor your clients as they follow the exercise video, enabling you to offer immediate and helpful advice.
“Our clients have greatly benefitted from their remote rehab sessions. They have been happy to follow the clear videos that can be played at a suitable pace and repeated as many times as necessary” says CEO Sirpa Nieminen from the Finnish physiotherapy provider FysioPeimari Ltd. Read the article.
“We had previously shared Physiotools videos through our own screen to customers without using the Remote Trainer, but it was pretty awkward. It makes it a lot easier to see what the client is doing through Remote Trainer, and the client is able to watch the exercise video and see the physiotherapist at the same time,” says physiotherapist Minna Nauha from the Finnish hand clinic Käsikeskus Avosektori. Remote Trainer is easy to use – simply install the Remote Trainer software onto a computer running Windows 10 (not available for Mac). It integrates with a video service of your choice. The client does not install the Physiotools Remote software, they only need to connect to your video conferencing software (Teams, Skype for Business/Lync, Zoom etc.)
